These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and StratoFusion regarding your use of the StratoFusion website, applications, and related services. By creating an account, connecting a provider, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
StratoFusion helps you connect third-party cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox into one interface. StratoFusion may facilitate listing, search, upload, download, copy, move, backup, and sync operations through provider APIs and StratoFusion-managed background systems.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your StratoFusion account.
- You may not share a single end-user account with multiple people unless your subscription terms expressly allow that arrangement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email, identity provider, and any connected storage-provider accounts.
3. Connected-provider accounts
StratoFusion uses secure authorization flows to connect to third-party providers. Your use of connected providers is also governed by the provider's own terms, policies, quotas, and technical limitations.
- StratoFusion protects connected-provider access with encrypted connection credentials, customer-by-customer access controls, and protected internal systems, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
- Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, and other providers may suspend, throttle, or deny requests independently of StratoFusion.
- Provider-side limits, including file-size limits and transfer caps, continue to apply even when an action is initiated from StratoFusion.
- If you disconnect or revoke a provider account, some StratoFusion features may stop working immediately.
4. Acceptable use and restrictions
You may not use StratoFusion to:
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights, including privacy, confidentiality, copyright, or export-control obligations.
- Store, transmit, copy, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious material.
- Abuse provider APIs, evade rate limits, or attempt to bypass quota, billing, or account restrictions.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' data.
- Attempt to view, trigger, or interfere with another user's connected accounts, transfer jobs, or account activity.
- Use the service for hidden resale, credential sharing, or other activity that misrepresents the actual number of end users.
5. Quotas, fair use, and no overage charges
Your use of transfers, downloads, uploads, and premium search features may be limited by your plan and by StratoFusion's operational rules.
- Shared daily and monthly usage caps are governed by the Fair Use Policy.
- When you reach an enforced usage limit, affected operations may pause, fail, or remain unavailable until the applicable usage window resets or you upgrade.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, StratoFusion does not charge automatic overage fees for paused usage above a plan limit.
- Third-party provider limits still apply and can prevent an operation even when your StratoFusion plan has remaining quota.
6. Billing, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another listed billing provider.
- You authorize recurring billing for subscription plans until canceled.
- You can cancel a paid plan from the billing area of the product. Unless we say otherwise in writing, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a prorated refund for time already paid.
- We may suspend premium features for failed, disputed, reversed, or overdue payments.
7. Data and backups
You retain responsibility for your files, backup strategies, retention choices, and provider-side recovery options.
- StratoFusion is not a guaranteed backup repository and does not insure against data loss.
- You should maintain your own backups and verify job settings before relying on any scheduled operation.
- You are responsible for confirming source, destination, scope, and timing when you run copy, move, backup, or sync operations.
8. Experimental and beta features
Some features may be marked as beta, preview, experimental, or coming soon. Those features may change, be discontinued, or have reduced support without notice. AI semantic search and other future-intelligence features fall into this category unless and until StratoFusion states otherwise.
9. Service availability and disclaimers
StratoFusion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, StratoFusion disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
- We do not guarantee that provider APIs, account connection flows, or background transfer systems will always be available.
- Search quality, transfer speed, and feature behavior may vary by provider, account type, region, and plan.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms or the Fair Use Policy.
- Your use creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.
- We are required to do so by law, court order, or provider action.
- You fail to pay applicable subscription charges.
You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect connected providers from within the application. Before requesting full account cleanup, export any user-visible logs, invoices, or other records that you may need later because deleted data may not be recoverable.
11. Intellectual property and copyright complaints
StratoFusion and its software, branding, documentation, and UI remain the property of StratoFusion or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
If we receive a facially valid copyright or similar rights complaint through a StratoFusion support or legal contact channel, we may remove content references, disable access, request additional information, or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StratoFusion and its personnel from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your connected-provider usage, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratoFusion and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if warned of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratoFusion's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to StratoFusion for the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Related policies
These Terms work together with the Privacy Policy and the Fair Use Policy.
